Benefits for mom and baby:
The mother has a very special contact with her child and yoga makes it easier to accept and overcome the different stages of a pregnancy with well-being.
During pregnancy, breathing and posture relieve the typical pains of pregnancy such as swelling, cramps, varicose veins, nausea.
The exercises give new energy to the mother and the child.
The different asanas movements help the child to gently find the position for the birth within the maternal uterus.
the mother's pelvis widens in a delicate and natural way, preparing for the birth.
Regular exercise prepares the mother and her body for childbirth. Many asanas can be used as positions for childbirth, and are easy to take if you do some practice.
Constant exercise makes you feel more flexible and improves balance in the body.
With yoga, blood circulation is improved and the body gets used to relaxing, a very important practice in preparation for childbirth.
In yoga calmness is used and one breathes deeply, exhaling through the nose and rediscovering thoracic breathing.
The right breathing technique can also work as a technique to relieve pain during childbirth, and provides a regular supply of oxygen to the child and, therefore, an optimal birth.
Strength and endurance are also practiced with yoga, excellent for the intense and powerful experience of a parent.
